How do I download the files to my computer?

You should simply be able to click each link. A prompt will appear asking you where you want to save the file.

I recommend you create a folder to save all the files to as there are many files in the course.

Can I download the files to my iPad / Tablet?

Yes, but you would need to install a download manager app first. You would then follow the instructions provided by the download manager software to download the files.

The files do not open?

You will need the correct software installed in order to open each file.

Most of the files are in pdf format. You can download a free pdf viewer HERE

The spreadsheets are provided in Microsoft Excel format as well as in Open Office format. You would thus need software which is able to open either of these two formats. You can more info about the Microsoft Office suite HERE and the free Open Office suite HERE

There are also several editable documents which are provided in Microsoft Word and Open Office format.

The Mindmap software can be downloaded free for the PC HERE and for Mac HERE

Note: All the non pdf documents are not a requirement to complete the course, they are there for you to use as pre made templates in your business.

I have a question about payment, want a refund, etc?

Clickbank handles the payment side of things on my behalf, so any questions regarding payments for the course should be redirected to them. They have staff on hand 24/7 to assist you. Their support page is HERE.

In order to assist you they will need your Clickbank receipt number. You will find this on the receipt they emailed you when you joined the course.
